The party is at MY HOUSE!!! Quick, grab up bus up from Kampala, you can have homemade poundcake, wine, and Bailey's with us from 5-to-8
(oh, yeah, I'm an early bird in Kitgum... afterall, it's pitch dark by 7 pm!!!)
I know it's kinda crazy how obsessed and excited everyone is about Obama (and he will NEVER live up to all this hype...), but it was really nice to walk through town today and see a couple of people waving American flags, and others wearing Obama shirts... I'm so used to being glared at (and even spit on!) for being an American. It was nice...
If I told you what organization I work for, which I'm not going to do, then I would also let you know that all opinions expressed here are strictly my own, which they are.

I love that picture! Where's the party at?
Obama ... well. I guess the elections in the US remind me that Uganda has NEVER had a peaceful handover of power.
